BUT, please know that if you are working with a shorter engagement timeline, don’t fret! We ask that you come in as soon as you can to find your gown! This is your time to explore inspiration. Begin by saving gown styles, silhouettes, and designers that capture your imagination. Each designer & store will have a different vibe! So do your research to ensure you have the best gown experience for you!
Even if your wedding feels far away, our luxury designers require 4-8 months to create and ship your gown. So it’s best to get ahead!
👗 9–12 Months Before: Say YES to your Dress!
Posh Bridal offers private, by-appointment-only experiences. This ensures your stylist devotes complete attention to your style, fit, and vision. During this part of the process, brides often find their gown fairly quickly, especially with the guidance of our expert POSH stylists. Your stylist will be there to assist and support you while you try on different styles until we find what feels good for you! ✂️ 6–9 Months Before: Accessory Styling
This is when your bridal look comes together. Try on your gown at one of our special accessory events (link to blog post about style on the aisle) and match everything with your gown! With accessories like Bel Aire veils and Ti Adoro jewelry, you’re sure to find all your perfect finishing touches!
👑 1 Months Before: Customizations & Alterations
About 1 month before your wedding, your fittings will begin. We like to do these a month before your wedding day so you are the closest size to what you will be on your special day! We all fluctuate and change from day to day and month to month. This ensures we get the perfect fit! Plan for two to three fittings so your dress fits flawlessly. Posh Bridal’s size-inclusive approach ensures every bride feels comfortable and confident throughout the process.
